Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your IDRAK Journey account and data.

You can delete your IDRAK Journey account yourself at any time, directly in the App. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account and all data connected to it are removed and cannot be restored.

1. Delete your account in the App

  1. Open the IDRAK Journey App and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation.
  3. Under Security, tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the notice, enter your password and confirm with Delete.

You are signed out on all devices and the App returns to the login screen. The e-mail address can be used to register again.

2. What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • your account and profile details (name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, profession, phone number)
  • all answers, reflections, insights, life concepts, milestones, tasks and experiments
  • AI-generated summaries and reports created from your answers
  • notifications, device registrations and sign-in sessions

Technical logs that can no longer be linked to you may be kept in anonymised form for statistics and cost tracking, as described in our Data Policy.

3. If you can no longer access the App

Send an e-mail from the address registered to your account to Service@geo-sprachen.de with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and confirm by e-mail.
