How Your Answers Are Processed by AI
What IDRAK Journey sends to an AI service, when, and what happens with the result.
IDRAK Journey uses artificial intelligence (AI) for two things only: your personal portrait at the end of the Explore phase, and the fifteen idea suggestions in the Ideate phase. Both are made from your own answers. This page explains what is sent, to whom, and which choices you have. AI processing happens only after you have agreed to it in the App.
1. What is sent
For the portrait, the answers you gave in the Explore exercises. For the ideas, your portrait and the answers you gave in the Define phase. Before anything is sent, the App’s server removes what is not needed: your name, email address, device and payment details are never part of the request, and names of other people you mention are replaced by placeholders.
Each request is stored on our server in encrypted form, so that we can show you what was used and so that our staff can check a result if a safety rule flags it.
2. When it happens
Only when you finish the exercise that triggers it, and only if you have given your consent to AI processing. You can give or withdraw this consent at any time in the App under Settings. Without consent, the exercises still work; the portrait and the idea suggestions are simply not produced.
3. Who processes it
The request is sent from our server to an AI service provider that acts on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The provider may not use your answers to train its models and deletes them after the response is produced. Which provider is in use is listed under “Data Sharing” in our Data Policy; we may change the provider, and the Data Policy is updated when we do.
4. How results are checked
A result is published to you automatically. If an automatic safety check flags it, the result is held and a trained IDRAK team member reviews it before it reaches you, or withdraws it. Staff see your answers and the result only for this review, must state a reason, and every such access is recorded.
Our logs about AI processing contain only technical details: timings, token counts and errors. They never contain your text.
5. Your choices
- Withdraw your consent to AI processing at any time in the App under Settings; no further requests are sent.
- Give feedback on a result in the App; it helps us improve the prompts and is stored with the result.
- Download your data, including your AI results, from the App under Settings.
- Delete your account in the App; your answers, requests and results are deleted with it.
